This weekend on Englewood Beach
Looks like a beautiful weekend for all and any beach actvities. Englewood Beach offers a wide variety of things you can easily (and for low cost) do at any given time. A scenic drive or bike ride through the canopy - closer to the further end of the island, a picnic lunch at any of the beaches, (all offer tables, some offer grills) or your nomal swimming, sleeping, or shelling kind of day.

It's still EARLY in the summer, but don't forget the sunblock! I have seen more sun burned people lately then I have for quite awhile. The cooler, not quite summer yet weather has lulled people into thinking they won't get a painful sunburn - think again!

It is Mother's Day this wekeend - take mom out for lunch at the Lock and Key or any of the other local restaurants on the key - we're sure she'll love it!
